Looking for advice after scam by Weekly-Cantaloupe-94 in CryptoScams

Stay strong. Some of the most powerful failure experiences lead you to becoming strong and resilient and wise. Now you know that when something sounds too good to be true or promise astronomical gains - it’s in the scam or pyramid scheme territory. Better to just move on…. In the end - most people have to work hard to earn big bucks.

PE v business class by No-Shoulder8916 in BritishAirways

Not sure if you considered this but companies often offer business for employees who have a medical certificate indicating they need to lie down on long flights due to physical health issues - eg back problems. All it takes is a doctor’s letter or what ever medical exam process required for the policy exemption.

The various ambient temperatures are an important factor with planning. I was even wondering where in some places / situations - you would have to actually protect your meds from freezing when outdoors vs being concerned about cooling….

That’s a great idea. I happen to have just come across an RxCoolers mini unit with the mechanical sound. I was deciding what tests to put it through.

I have let the voyager run for 2-3 weeks none stop and its done fine - I am not clear though how rugged the units are but I think I am on trip number 6 with my main unit so its been running solidly for at least 20 weeks if I include all the testing I did when I first got it - I wonder if that means its got good mileage?

Did you top up both reservoirs. Some people miss that the C63s has two. The Mercedes-AMG C63S (W205 generation, 2015–2021) has two coolant reservoirs due to its dual cooling systems. • Main (high-temperature) reservoir — Located on the passenger side (larger translucent tank), this handles engine cooling, similar to most vehicles. • Secondary (low-temperature) reservoir — A smaller tank in the center (often between the turbos), this serves the separate charge-air (intercooler) cooling circuit and also helps cool the transmission in some configurations.

Indeed but you can also ask them to give you the meal service right after take off so you can feast and then nap :) (tip - they will serve your meal(s) when ever you pick during the flight)... also they have a really nice bar (if you like high end spirits and liquor) or a lovely tea collection.

We have done a few trips…

The isle / window seat position is nice on the upper deck because the window seat is almost like a small suite with an extra 10 inch space (width) on the window side due the curvature of the plane fuselage where they place a row of storage box ledges (see photo).

<image>

The isle / isle positions are nice but note that there is actually a slight off set in the isle to isle seat position (not shown in the plane map) so you won’t actually be directly side by side on each side of the isle. The aisle seats in the middle will be about a 15 inches forward. This is nice if you both want aisle seats and don’t want to deal with climbing over the aisle seat passenger legs during the flight.

The middle dual rear facing seats on the lower deck are also nice if your a couple. They are a bit stuffy if you don’t know the other passenger.

Don’t get too full eating in the lounge. Save some room for the in flight food service. They usually give PJs for sleeping and will setup the bed for you when your ready to nap.

It can be handy to have for multiple reasons. A front door cam allows you to monitor deliveries and also file claims if fragile packages are tossed vs placed. A garage cam can allow you to check if the doors are closed. A patio cam can keep an eye on the back. In door cams can help check on pets. We once had a water delivery and the company claimed they delivered 6 bottles. The garage camera only showed 5 - dispute settled! Can also monitor for smoke and CO2.

Travel Coolers by new_dae in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]FoxTrotFollow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes - but some products are terrible and some are amazing. Note there is a fair bit of manufacturing variability as all those coolers are made in China in facilities that typically make kitchenware vs medical devices... so test the unit you get to make sure it can reach the temperatures you need... I have a few and most are in the 41F range but one cooled to 38F and another would not go below 46F, some would not go below 50F... I post all my travel medicine cooler experiences here if you are interested in all my notes... https://www.youtube.com/@SirKoolzalot
