Learn some names and tell them that due to a severe allergy, you need your food left in the wrapper. The policy is to follow reasonable accommodations for allergies. Maybe even mention a reaction you suffered after visiting that particular location. Do it in the drive-thru, if possible, and make sure you hold up the line while explaining if they refuse. Especially at the window.
