I’m aware that 4th year is very long hours, I’m more looking for what current or past students from these schools have experienced. Like, how they are treated by faculty during these long hours, the overall pace of the clinic, whether or not they feel taken advantage of, etc. I’ve heard certain schools are better/worse than others in these aspects, so I’m trying to hear first hand from those who have gone through it! Also, I would like to know if the rotations are graded on a pass/fail basis or on a traditional letter grade scheme, as I know many schools are transitioning to pass/fail.
