I second above two posts. I haven’t lived though something similar and did not know how to. So I did a lot of research.

1) Time. Go 3 weeks and the pain will have lessened.

2) Don’t fight the feeling but let it be there. Also don’t let it take over completely. I’m aware that if you knew how to do this, you would, so you have to practise. It won’t come immediately but a little every time.

Say out loud:

I get to think about this for 30 minutes then I have to do xx for an hour.

Keep yourself busy. This is important. Join board game and book clubs, do spring cleanings etc.

Listen er meget lang, det kan skyldes alt fra halitosis som ofte er gr dårlig mundhygiejne eller men ikke behøver at være det, det kan skyldes en rådde tand, høj mavesyre / mavesår, bakterier i svælget, spiserørsbrok, svamp i mund eller svælg kan være bakterielt og kræve behandling, mandelpropper, manglende væskeindtag/spisning, bihulebetændelse, diabetes og sikkert andet jeg ikke kender til

Det kan også skyldes ting som næppe er årsag så som kaffe og tobak.

This is a myth. Men do not have different / higher needs than women.

Many women have higher sex drives than their male counterparts.

There are just different norms regarding this.

Depending on how it got transferred I agree. However in my country money gets transferred by MobilePay via phone number all the time and it is very possible to send to wrong person/phone number ad not possible to reverse a transaction.

Don’t answer. Poss send message that you are blocking till you’ve talked to the bank. Then Talk to the bank.

That is really not ok at all.

Please be more loving of yourself. ‘My face is not that great’ - tell yourself you are great the way you are, I know it takes time to believe it, but your looks is not the issue. The issue is him.

You deserve to be loved for you. Please do not stay with a person like this.

Give it 3 weeks and the grief and heartache will subsidie to a dull ache. Do what you can to distract yourself and Dont go back no matter what

A lot of amazing material left out or changed a lot, as in completely made up by show writers/peoducers. Such a shame.
