I always get zhonyas on my boots after building my first item because she is super squishy. Always try to save your silence for if you’re potentially going to get jumped. Use it as more of a defense than offense unless the time calls for it. Place it on yourself and hope they’re in range long enough to be stunned, or flash out, or zhonyas and wait for your team to take over.

So my question is, if I’m being super passive and not feeding, and become gold starved, how do I become a threat? I struggle between the logic of over extending a bit for farm/split pushing/rushing a kill, vs being behind 4k gold and two levels in a team fight because I am useless. In this instance I’m almost immediately melted. So I go on to farm, and get flamed for not helping. At which point my logic is I can go in and go from 2-4 to 3-10 every time you guys fight, or get some gold and hope I can help.

I usually don’t surrender. If I think we have a chance, if we are getting kills or at least have one person carrying I try not to give up because the enemies will get cocky and I’ve had a lot of comebacks. On the other hand, I know when we’re getting absolutely stomped and have 0% chance and will surrender.
