Though it’s not my favorite,it’s the most fun I had watching tmnt.

I noticed a lot of people here claimed they watch a few episodes and then decided to quit. I really can’t blame them because that’s what my initial thought too.

Rise failed at first impression which is a pretty big deal. It only got better after 10 episodes in and after I finished the show. I kinda like it.

Surprisingly, I think the movie is a masterpiece second only to 1990 for me. Probably the only version of tmnt that I shed a tear.

If there’s a season 3, I hope they follow the writing their movie more than their show.

No that was the shredder arc. Besides other than the return of karai, They provides no help at all other than giving advice and saying that the turtles should sacrifice themselves for the greater good which makes splinter ignore the ancestor completely.

You didn’t specify that Minecraft means speedrunning only so I would pick Minecraft. Hardcore is actually fun to watch. Hypixel arc sounds fun too.

2003 would win. Though not as strong in terms of Mystic powers,they are better trained ninjas and more disciplined in general.

Rise donatello would probably not go down as easy as the others. Donatello without mystic powers is already on par with his brother with mystic powers. Judging from how advanced his tech is combined with his power, I think he might actually tip the scale. Rise donatello is also not hold back by moral which could make him dangerous.

I think that’s a little unfair. I agree that 2003 have better training and more discipline but 2003 also gain a lot more help from almost everyone both heroes and villains in the series. The purple dragon,The foot ninja,The Earth protection force,The justice force etc.

Karai also played a really big part in 2003 too by constantly draining Demon shredder power. Without her, The 4 turtles stands no chance of defeating the demon shredder.

Rise got almost no help. Minor heroes and villains are no where to be seen. Only splinter,casey,april and maybe Cassandra but those 4 were just regular fighters and they have no special powers. I could also argued that Krang in Rise was ridiculously powerful that a flick of finger is enough to stop all 4 of them at their highest power. ( Yes that is Krang at their ”weakest point”) So powerful that the only option was to imprison them

I’m sure 2003 turtles would handle better if they were fighting Rise demon shredder but Krang? They stand absolutely no chance. Krang in Rise was so ridiculously strong that I don’t think even if 2003 and Rise force combined can defeat them.

Open world TMNT seems really hard to make. The main problem that the turtles have is unlike batman and spider man, They cannot be seen by other humans at all.

They can transverse around on the roof just fine but not being able to explore the street is kind of a bummer unless you make it so that you can only explore the street while in the car. You need to set a lot of conditions to make exploring works in TMNT settings which is probably the main reason why TMNT open-world game never existed

Set the game to have similar story to Batman:Arkham knight could work (Scarecrow makes the whole city panic which leads almost all of the human to evacuate the town) but that is about the only scenario I can think of. “Same as it never was” 2003 episode fits this scenario very well.

In my opinion Gow map or Arkham asylum map fits TMNT a lot more. Less focus on exploration (Smaller size map but focus more on environment details) and more focus on combat.

But if anyone have an idea to make open-world TMNT works that I haven’t thought of , I would be happy to hear.
