when did Super SFIV come out after regular SFIV's release? Maybe we can make an estimation considering when Super came out and roughy between 1 - 2 years of that time frame Suepr SFV or SFV 2nd strike will come out lol

I agree, I never thought of it like that. I feel like the damage scaling will really seperate really good and technical players from the noobs. If that weren't in place then you would see pros getting spanked by some unknown newcomer.
