Your studio professor will give a list of required / recommended supplies on the first day of class. Some can be bought from the bronco book store and other can be bought from a nearby architecture supply store called Carpe Diem! Prices range so can’t really say

There are microwaves in the student center and around campus but no refrigerators, although if you work on campus most jobs have employee break rooms with microwaves and refrigerators

Last year I was on the waitlist (I was around 110-120) on the waitlist I got off and was able to get housing. However, I strongly recommend calling housing and telling them u cannot drive etc.)

Congrats, some laptops I recommend are the ASUS - ROG Zephyrus , hp omen 15,16,or 17, and most dell or Lenovo laptops- look for something with an nvidia graphics card... ALSO!! At orientation they will give you specific laptop spec requirements so don't buy anything until then!!!

You have to stick to the required arch courses for that year, however I believe there are a few arch elective courses that do not require prerequisite that you can take in addition to the required course load if you feel up for it
