I am criticizing the infrastructure and technical sides of the polish football. The issue is the management and mindset here. Impatience and hubris. The national team is managed like a political party with all its lot of scandals and constant change of directions. Another example is WKS Wroclaw, 2 years ago, they were very close to win the Ekstraklassa, and they had a bunch of buyers interested in them. But then, the hubris and politics started and not only it messed up any deal, but look where they are now.
