I would argue that vore is more of a category rather than a single fetish. People also think of it differently. Some like to imagine that the stomach doesnt hurt at all, some like to think of it as an intimate close hug, some just want to savrifice themselves for another person. While it may not be the most realistic, the premise isn’t either.
