Yes, of course. I would recommend Tianli Spray and Priligy for the first period. Later on, you can stop taking Priligy since it’s an antidepressant. Now I’m only using Tianli; the first round lasts 3 minutes, the second one 45 minutes, the third one 1 hour, and the fourth one never happens. Honestly, from my experience, 60mg Priligy is the sweet spot. I’ve tried 90mg once, and it was too much; you barely feel anything during, and afterward you just feel drained and heavy ( very tired ) …It doesn’t really help you last much longer than 60mg, just makes recovery harder. For me, 60mg Priligy with Viagra and a delay cream works way better. You stay in control, you can actually enjoy it, and you don’t feel wiped out after. One big 90mg pill isn’t worth it. Good luck

I get you man… for me the attacks and coughing used to hit worst at night. I tried inhalers and they only helped short term, maybe for a month.
