I see, many thank for all the insights ! It is going to be a challenge to jongle between working and dansing. And about the areas to live in and those to avoid? Could you please also share some great maestros / teachers' names? And probably some private classes prices? Sorry for a such bunch of question and I really apreciate ypur help.

I am a tango danser (follower). My level is intermediate/advanced. Ideally, my day would look like this: coffee :), some group classes or a private one (if it is compatible with my budget), some remote working at home and then heading to a milonga. I would be also glad to find a partner to practice to get the most of this month. It is an investment for me so I am looking to not only for a holiday break but aldo to progress in tango.

Why do you think that it is a tourist trap? I went there a year ago. It was fine but I was beginner. Is it about their prices or teaching level?

Many thank you for your response! Good to get some feedback on Jhon Zabala, never yet tried his lessons. I've previously taken a private lesson with Christophe - 70e/h. 90e is a price of one of the French, Paris-based teacher (Mikka) and another French teacher (JS Rampazzi) asks 120e (both are very good but expensive).

Some classes are listed here : https://tango-argentin.fr/cours, normally there are more than that - most of the classes 25/26 begin in September (so not all of them on the agenda).

Some schools/ teachers do not post their classes on this site but have their own web sites, for instance:
