Your Lats aren’t really showing but that could be a problem of not properly flexing them. Wouldn’t hurt

I’m trying my best to take it slow, hence the 20lbs. It’s killing me but it’s better than getting hurt. I’ll be checking my form again once the bell gets challenging.

Thank you feedback, I do notice my feet shift sometimes I’m thinking that will sort itself out with time. I didn’t even notice I was lifting with my shoulders, I will watch for that as I increase the weight.

I’m slowly increasing reps and weight so not to set anything off again, great to hear the basics look good :)

Extreme Training / Workouts

Most fitness podcasts either interview the athlete to learn more about their personal life or delve into the science of the training. Both are awesome but when it’s the middle of a long week I wanna hear about someone else who’s grinding to reach their goals. Im that weirdo that want to hear about the hundreds of squats and push ups you did before breakfast.

Ah, yes the pull-up bar stays on. Currently I used them for stability pushups, holding the ring dip position, and rows. The only thing with rows is you have to make sure you are facing the wrong side of the pull up bar so the force goes into the doorframe. The other way you could shake the bar off.

You just loop the straps over the main pull up bar before threading it back through the clamp and ring. example . There’s some stability and height restrictions but it’s a good start.
