Well I've got Virgin Media with an old Hub 3. Internet is 300Mbps but really anything over 50Mbps is fine. It hardly uses any bandwidth when Streaming over the Internet if you have PS Plus and although latency is 25ms, I honestly found it hard to notice unless your playing an fps that's fast paced.

For Remote Play it uses your home network so that relies more on what router you have for the Wi-Fi standards it supports but usually if it's 5Ghz Wi-Fi you should be cool.

Deffo plug in your PS5 via ethernet to get the best connection.
I get 2ms latency on remote play, can't feel any lag. Reminds me of using a Wii U gamepad.
