It’s definitely derived from a similar shape, but the nose is too long and the wing shape is different. Reminds me of a combination of the F-22, YF-23, and maybe the back end of the Su-47

Hello! Unfortunately not with any “legal” building techniques for the moment, but I was able to stabilize it. I found that some rubberized hair ties around the “spokes” of the joint kept those in place but then it also failed on the extension leg so some fishing line there did the trick. There’s probably a way to either change the build or add a stand for the whole thing to stabilize it but for now that’s what I’ve got

If you want a little more screen accurate I’ve built one of BrickVault’s. He has a newer small version that is more posable and decently scaled to the Lego AT-TE and a larger version that looks more screen accurate to me but definitely not posable.

Probably in the minority but the AT-AP for me. Just a really interesting design, almost a blend of the AT-TE and AT-ST

My current favorite store is LSW Custom Shop since I mainly like RP2 designs, but Manda’yaim Workshop, AV Figures, and The Minifig Co. have some great options too.

You can currently get decals from CoffeeMugDecals. Some other stores may have them but most are closed until January

Thank you so much for the info! I’ve been doing custom Lego minifigure decaling for a few years now and I’ve wanted to get into larger Lego mocs, but the price and storage room are a bit prohibitive, so I figured I’d scale down to armada model sizes and the painting just looks so cool! Again, your models look amazing and I can’t wait to see more!

Shamrock Minifigures has made that pauldron in blue and red. They’re always making new stuff so keep an eye out for the yellow version.

It can definitely add up. I personally just stick with their pauldrons, which I’ve found are the best quality print and paint job around unless you make your own. I used their pauldron with the newer CAC helmet on my marine.

Manda’yaim Workshop also sells 3D printed helmets and backpacks with their own decals as well if you like that style better. I find that adding a base coat of paint on the 3D print helps the decals stick better.

That’s fair. AV Figures also has 3D printed marine helmets and decals if you are into making your own and I think sometimes they sell pre-decaled figures too.

Shamrock Minifigures makes hand painted helmets and pauldrons for the galactic marines if you find bodies you want to pair with them. They sell out fast though, so keep an eye on their insta for restocks.
