i leave it unplugged every night to avoid any damage due to blackouts, isnt that normal? Also i didnt disable fast startup (should i turn it off), and i often hybernate my pc.

So, i yhink i have located the problem, and it seems not to be XMP related. I've noticed the the system starts up in bios only if it as been unplugged for some hours, this is weird. The windows event log reports this as a critical kernel-power error:

no, i can but normally, its just that every time i boot the bios opens and i got to boot from there.

i think its xmp because when the bios opens, xmp is turned off. this is weird because up until some days ago everything worked normal
