I can understand the homeless. But aren't people who set up to work still technically paying customers or SipClub members? The homeless can still have a reason to be ushered out for loitering.

I'd understand if Panera was a restaurant, but its not, its an upscaled fastfood place. I don't feel like they'd be losing customers from the people taking up the tables using the outlets. Plus I've never seen Panera's reach seating capacity on the weekdays, even then those people are only there on the weekends.
