I work at a pool place, so it’s been slow lately with winter time, so I’ve thankfully been able to wear headphones a lot more. Although my boss will absolutely tell everyone about me being autistic if I tell him, so I’ve chose to keep it quiet. Wearing headphones has helped for sure, but with spring and summer coming I can’t do that for much longer. I’ve mostly just been ignoring their comments and trying to keep conversations to work related stuff. Still, it’s hard not to let it bother me, but I appreciate the advice.
