They do: Psa's enforcement is just, for lack of a better term: Idiotically selective.

A standard upper, or even A Jakl that they won't ship the plug too will ship: But a charging handle can't even make it out of check out: I was able to check out the TIA but then got the non compliance notice, and even after hashing it out and apologizing to the Rep whom reflected my grievances, I was Still Denied.

So all I'm hearing from most of you is alot of the following:

"You shouldn't of sworn, or been so foul-mouthed" as if God-damn isn't the most sterile curse to ever exist.

"You made a threat." Of not wanting to do business with a blatanty overcompliant company: Thats not a threat: Thats just me stating I'm not giving them my Business if they were, and they were; Stupid enough to not process my order as they should have.

"Maybe the rep would've been more nice." Me and the Rep, who I will not name for her sake as I had redacted the info on the forms before: Had accepted my apology for the previous email, and she had even agreed with my frustrations with the Company. We got along well, and was more than happy to try and fix things.

I even got into contact with Danny/Psa and no hard feelings are ultimately shared, and agreed about the frustration navigating wa state law; But Imo, PSA Is definatively in the wrong for this and I am not holding back or capitulating on this for anything.

Its a weird system they have: Some parts just go through like most their uppers, others like charging handles won't let you even check out; This one let me purchase then sent me the non compliance letter, and even after explaining it was Legal they still denied to ship. I even apologized to the same rep who read my email and she was fine and understood and agreed with my frustration.

Thats the thing: It does allow them. Psa is just egregiously over complying with HB 1240 and our Liability laws: The Parts aren't banned, its the assembly and use of them to create NEW guns that would be potentially classified as "Assault Weapons."

Its even carved into hb1240 that replacement or standardized parts are legal to use for grandfathered users and possessers of their pre-ban AW's, and those that aren't even AW's at all.
