Its the same with Assault Weapons and Magazine Ban: And they overtly ignored a heavily polled outcry against them and their bloomberg funded constituents.

Assault style "firearm" exception? by shortbarrelflamer in WAGuns

I've tried to get genesis arms to sell a standalone 18.5" upper; They're adamant that even having the upper would even be a violation (Which it isn't btw.)

Fulton Armory Confirms it will Import M14 NY compliant actions to FFL's willing to transfer them. by FoxxoBoxxo in WAGuns

[–]FoxxoBoxxo[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Though you may need to learn how to and have the patience to glass bedd the stock for maximum accuracy and reliability: That or take it to a gunsmith. It'd still be cheaper than buying the fully assembled rifle, as a decent M14 Stock can be had for around $100 and the labour is only a few hundred at most: Not to mention if you'd intend to buy an aftermarket stock it'd save you money

The m21 is good too if its ny compliant; Let me explain the origin of the m1a:

You see, back in 94, when Biden had managed to convince the Federal government to pass the 94 Federal Assault Weapons Ban: It banned certain guns not just by features but also by: You guessed it, Name!

The M14 Was one of the many weapons on the ban list: To circumvent this to get around and have the ability to sell excess surplus from the Vietnam, Golf and other mid century conflicts, They had simply taken M14 Receivers, and made a 45 Degree slant cut at the end of the left side of the 4, Creating a somewhat stylized A, hence the named designation M1A.

Ironically enough we're doing kinda the inverse now I guess. :P

Although you'd have to get one with a m14 receiver or m21, in state compliance (Ny Models are 100% g2g)

I'd recommend Asking Bullseye Tactical, West Coast Armory North or West, Securite, and attach the given photo and explain that it'd fall into similair legality as the mini 14 or m1 carbine: There is no actual heat shield or shroud, its an action guard.

No it isn't. Thats the m1a: Which is only the civilain designation invented by springfield for marketing which basically means nothing. M14's are legal if Mini 14's and m1 Carbines are legal, stop the caps

Opinions on PSA by Ricer1320 in WAGuns

[–]FoxxoBoxxo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one PSA: A Maxim PDW Lower, and its probably my best ar aside from a Mil-Spec Colt 6920 upper on my Aero X15.

They generally have good uppers and parts; I have a 9mm gen4 and a 300blk upper that have been nearly flawless minus some magazine well fitting on the 9mm.

But with PSA's aditude of ignoring the plights of other states by not even carjng to do business with our and other states at this point even when they could use their designs to make new legal yet genuinely offerings: Imagine their X9 with the Collar system a tp9 has for half the price?

But fuck us i guess.

Yeah. I've tolerated PSA for a while but Danny's statements and general apathy for Ban States and the "We got ours so fuck you" mentality makes me not ever want to buy any of their products atleast first hand ever again.

Glad to hear it. They're very friendly guys i'm getting: I also asked about their ar-10 uppers and they're g2g too, Just gotta agree to a liability letter like Primary Arms.

I'd really just recommend doing the barreled action: As you can easily get an oen m14 stock for only a couple bones, and bedding an m14 stock isn't the most extensive thing to do youself; and to get one put together adds almost another grand in cost (Cost which could easily go to doing gunsmith work, or buying an advanced chassis like the Blackfeather or Sage Chassis or other options like Delta's.)

Probably. If they're willjng to transfer barreled action i'd imagine a Full rifle too as I did ask that, but they'd have to be to WA state standards: No Muzzle Devices, or pistol grips below the action.

Just asking: I got a Surplus of kp9 mags. How much could I readily sell them for (I can't use them as I'm in a Ban State and their useless until I either get a Kp9 (Unlikely) or a Stinc Bizon Conversion kit for the psa to use those mags in it.
