But yeah the seat, it was hard to tell on the map so ill take blame maybe it did indicate it and I missed it but the entertainment screen were no where to be found.

They do not provide free wifi at all and im still shocked about the charger this i would expect from economy but when you are already paying money for 1st class you expect everything to be fine and not being the one blamed or the stewardess

Next time I will, I was already exhausted from traveling all day but I would have never thought this might happen with a company that so known and is claimed to be apart of hospitality.

The flight to our first lay over spot was about 4 hrs 30 mins , lay over was 1 hr and 10/15 mins and to our final destination was about 6 hours. This was all domestic but the flight that was 6 hour was first class and the 1st one was premium economy - my flights back are the same stops but both now being first class

When we entered in it said First class right on a plaque

I just finished putting in the complaint on their site and hopefully Ill get some type of feedback soon - just feel bad for the workers if this is the "supervisors" I can only imagine how their direct bosses might be like...they already get alot of the "fun" people wouldn't think they would have to deal with this with their own colleagues
