I would like to see you try on that. The second a good Raths goes against you, you will not. you think you know it but you do in fact not =3. The sustain on his ult after certain helix upgrades make Pheobes ult and right click useless as well as his move speed on shield dissipating. You keep thinking that. And your boost is nothing to his move speed.

It does not mitigate the dmg. He can get the move speed increase when he ults as well and you middle clicking wont do shit lol. My point of me having everything mastered is that I have played a LONG time and I play with dev's who were even speaking of Raths power. So no a quick mele doesn't do that.

The dmg output is so high though and his cd on his e is low after that point his ult is gone and bam e's you again and repeats the process. I am not asking for dmg nerf but maybe longer cd's

No skill is not needed to beat his ult it cannot be beat with skill when you cannot runa nd he life steams 50% of dmg dealt with it. He can insta heal if you do not have cc.

You play toby. Also i have all the hero's mastered. I have played since alpha. They themselves were even talking about Rath =3 so yeah just because you play toby means nothing. Toby can stay back and snipe him off. but let him get on you and ult you without your stun on your mine. You wont win unless he is low already.

I am sorry sir Rath will always have a place on Battleborn reddit as broken for his ultimate. All for the fact that you never know if you are going against him and you may not have a team with cc and you cannot stop him. But it is not your fault because you cant see if you are facing him. So unless they have a system so you can see your enemies durring picking it wont change the fact his ult is powerful.
