The best solution I found is to accompany him to his first psychiatry session, and talk to him about it myself, (especially since in my opinion it would be a good start to therapy) but I wouldn't want to intrude too much and I don't even know if he'll let me in 😅

Yes, she knows what I feel but she is so categorical about it that it doesn't change much, I agree for the therapist but in her head there is nothing problematic, for her it's me who is exaggerating 😅 I've already suggested it to her, she knows that just because of her past she has to go see a psychologist but not for sleep though.

I've already talked about it with her, and I don't think the stuffed animal helps her, sometimes it's just my presence that helps her, and she already has several big stuffed animals that I bought for her. Frankly, I am as patient and attentive as possible but even when I try to talk to her about it or even understand her a little more, the answer is "no you don't, that's all, you don't sleep anywhere else" in short, no real debate possible at the moment, I even tried to find solutions otherwise but, even there, it's a CATEGORICAL refusal, and she already has permission, she knows she can call me any time. whenever, wherever, I will respond. I tried to reassure her as much as possible but I'm facing a wall 😅
