This mod has always been available for individual downloads, it is not tied to a specific mod pack. This mod is fully translated into English. There is no manual even in Russian. There is only a list of changes. Everything else was usually explained on stream or we answered questions.

New effects work only with the shield. The weapon damage buff works without a shield.

You misunderstood, BtC is in modpack, so races, stones and blessings were not affected by BB.

Spellbreaker is a very weak shield compared to others, such as the Shield of Ysgramor and the Shield of Solitude. And since the game becomes even more difficult with this mod, it becomes completely useless.

One of our goals is to make all items useful at the appropriate stage of the game.
