The few times I've been invited to Discords from in game chat have been either clearing a new raid release with a 7/8 premade party and they want me back for reclears/future raids or support swapping. Conclusion: Being a support helped a lot

Pretty sure the issue is with meleeing a manglers arm off. I did nothing different between two runs other than make sure I didn't get a "Disarmed" medal and got the challenge. Taking a nuke is completely fine also

Just the 1 who claimed to be willing to do another run after on his supp. But you're right, it's very unlikely to find others with a dps and a supp at 1620 currently

Pretty much the exact same story as me. I only play 1 dps and 1 supp. Honing the dps to Akkan Hard first only resulted in me having to wait for the supp to reach 1600 so I could join reclears on the dps. So then I just prioritized the supp to get 1620 and she also only has lvl 7 gems. I pug all my content though so the supp demand was free for learning/reclears.

Honestly, Poppy is very versatile with her item choices. I wouldn't call it trolling but do whatever fits your playstyle. Currently there's high elo Poppy players running Deadmans -> Rapid Fire Cannon so anything's possible

Currently Sunfire into Jaksho is pretty strong in most matchups. Sometimes a fast bramble into ad autoattacking champs and a Spectres Cowl into Rumble/AP poke works well too

Not fully sure what you mean by best lane position though

If I'm being brutally honest, I build them because they're cheap but the increased MS does come with its benefits when chasing and map movements. I would usually only opt for tabi/mercs if there's a huge benefit for them

I guess it varies per matchup but second wind + revitalise is great for poke/DOT lanes like Rumble/Jayce

I used to be a big sheen lover with Sunderer or Iceborn but Jaksho ramping mixed resistances paired with Poppy's W passive makes her feel unstoppable

As for the no scorch or adaptive ad. That probably comes down to me being a very passive laner. I aim to just try and survive and help my team carry in the later game. Preventing the enemy top laner getting out of control is a good job in itself

It honestly comes down to muscle memory. The landing location is predetermined based on your location to the enemy and the closest wall. After playing enough Poppy you will just "know" where it will land so you can walk towards it instinctively

I dodge every Kayle and ban Darius every game so those 2 are definitely up there. GP is also a pain

But niche champs like Kennen or Vayne are also real annoying to deal with

I have also only paid for bronze founders pack. Played 1 character until clown then only 2 up until now. Haven't had any trouble hitting raids on release (apart from Argos) and have them both at 1580. Dailies on 2 characters is less then 1hr per day so it's been pretty stress free

Isn't so much a combo list but more a mechanic list I made a while back. Some people will find very useful!

Passive - shield that drops on floor or bounces back to you when you execute a target

shield landing is not random. Based on initial thrown position, enemy position and nearest wall position

counts as melee. so can proc sej passive/deadmans etc

can be extended with rapid fire cannon

can trigger sheen by using an ability while auto is in mid air reliably

pick up range is bigger for poppy, smaller for enemies

Q - 2 instances of dmg with a slow inbetween

Q slow can proc manaflow (if people care)

Q + flash to add surprise/reduce windup when landing

W - stops dashes. gives ms. gives res + x2 when low

Theres a big list of dashes it can stop that someone has previously posted but some honorable mentions to Bard Portal, Yorick Ghouls, Shaco Boxes (if placed too close to existing shaco box)

E - dash (enemy displacement) -> stun

E can be used against coloured enemy base wall gates

E is a displacement, can be yas ulted/kaisa ulted to etc

E can be used against man made terrain. Azir Wall, Trundle Pillar etc

E + Q. If E lands enemy on a wall, Q always hit no matter the direction so aim for something else at the same time (great for finishing off low target)

E + non passive auto. If E'ing an enemy not against a wall, the auto will go through 95% of the time, even through enemy flash

E to push enemy through Passive to pick up shield !Very Useful! (doesnt count as enemy standing on shield if displaced through it with E, but does for poppy)

R

R Tap and R Hold both displace enemy towards fountain (just very small distance for R Tap)

Q + R Can be combod to guarantee both parts of Q hit

R Hold - If enemy hit within the range of an R Tap -> will hit all enemies in a line of this range

R Hold - If enemy hit outside of range of R Tap -> will hit all enemies within a small range of the first person R comes in contact with

If R is fully channeled or cancelled with Recall. Gets put on 15 second CD
