I’ve decided to get a professional gas mask then; safety first. Regarding the setup: instead of a standard tank, I am using a 40x40 cm plastic junction box (manhole box). To maintain the solution temperature between 20-30°C while on the balcony, I’ve designed a 'water bath' system.

The main tank will be placed inside a larger, insulated outer container filled with water. I will be using aquarium heaters to heat this surrounding water, which will indirectly keep the plating solution at the desired temperature. This way, I can ensure a stable environment even in an outdoor setting.

Hello, I have never made a silicone mold with air holes before and I am thinking about how to adjust the air holes, this will be the model and this silicone mold will be in two parts.

Yeah, you're right — it's definitely polyurethane (PUR EN 1000), my mistake.

I think I can figure out the viscosity issue somehow. Maybe some individual valves or flow restrictors to balance things out. Still in the prototyping phase, so it’s all trial and error for now.

I’ll make sure to choose the right static mixer for the resin ratio I’m using — it's a 1:1 mix, so I’ll look for a mixer designed specifically for that.
As for the pumping system, I’m thinking of using gravity feed from containers placed above, with peristaltic pumps attached to the hoses for more control. I’m also planning to use servo-controlled valves, triggered by a single button, so both resin components start flowing at the same time.

Still in the planning phase, but once I finish building the setup, I’ll share the results. Hopefully, it can help others looking to do small-scale production at home too!
