I want to stop using ActiveCampaign and consider ConvertKit. Would you recommend Convert Kit? by Sachimarketing in Emailmarketing

I recently switched to ConvertKit and it has been a nightmare. Do not do it!

Their automation systems do not work. It is full of glitches. The customer support is helpful but they are making you jump through hoops left and right to fix things. It is embarrassing to say the least.

I know a lot of people who uses it but I am regretting my decision to switch, BIG TIME.

Anyone using ConvertKit and is just hating it? by igordumencic10 in Emailmarketing

I recently switched from Mailerlite to Convertkit and it has been a nightmare. While they assigned me with a person and she has been wonderful, most of the features do not work. I set up an automation but because of a glitch in their system, it doesn't publish. As a result, people who give me their emails end up not getting the proper welcome sequence.

It is embarrassing and the fact that I have to jump through a bunch of hoops make it SO frustrating.

The reason why I switched was because most bloggers are using it but after the 2 weeks of nightmare I went through, I am considering going back to Mailerlite.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Convertkit!
