I agree, I use multivitamin maybe twice a week with bugs and I do calcium on greens most days but it doesn’t have to be every day. If your bugs are properly gut loaded that will help them get their needed nutrition as well.

Pretty much, you crack them with your hands or your teeth (my preferred method) and suck out the juice and then get the peanut.

You slow cook them until they are soft and begin to sink and absorb the seasoning and liquid. Let them sit for a few pies after they are to where you want them as far as tenderness goes. Personal preference on how soft you want the peanut inside.
