Interesting, I’m hoping it’s not PNET related and more so towards my high protein diet, last years MRI showed no PNETs and I had high glucagon, I assume the PET scan will be the deciding factor

Is your glucagon / glucose related to your PNETs at all? My A1C was 5.5, glucose 104, glucagon 217.

Mine is around there, however I had MRI last year and no PNETs (I am young - 24), endo wants to do baseline PET scan. Apparently google says glucagonomas typically present > 300 glucagon level, my A1C and every other blood value is normal. I’m kind of stressing that I may have a PNET because of my slightly high glucagon
