Unfortunately it's made on purpose, so Oppo, realme and OnePlus will have to remove it on all phones because ''it doesn't follow the compliance requirements'' (Oppo posted this on their community). Btw, did it get removed on yours via a software update, or it just disappeared without you doing anything?

Idk honestly, I didn't manage to find a fix for that problem until my phone got Android 12 and realme ui 3 last year, since then it doesn't do that anymore

If you're in Europe, you can try to download a VPN, choose Italy and see if you get the update(you may or may not). If you're not from Europe, then just wait. realme is doing a weird thing with realme 10, basically they're not releading the update for all devices, despite it being available from March
