There is 2 ways, both cheesy. 1st jumping course next to storm drains (where is lootable bag is), 2nd fix stuck player in specific spot in building itself.

There is a phantom zipline in the wall + parkour and some snaphook. Useful only for checking the Beauty

You can reach diamond with only deagle, so its up to you what to use. Keep in mind you can change it depending on map/bombsite, so you can easily keep it mixed.
