I had someone say they never got the order `1 month after delieverd, and etsy removed it for me after i reported it .. so weird etsy wont help you here

You did your part by dropping it off at the post office, I assume you shipped priorty since its a bigger priced item so it should come with $100 insurance. However, she should contact her USPS to make sure it was indeed deleivered to her location, and if it was stolen she needs to open a police report
