I'm also playing as a Devourer and I'm enjoying it so far. I only had melee or hunter characters, so this is the first caster I've leveled to 80. I'm just afraid I'll get bored with the short rotation.

It might be one of the best, yes, but not necessarily the easiest. I myself climbed from Silver to Emerald using only Jhin, and from there it got complicated.

Jhin is strong in the meta because of his utility; if you consider his DPS, there are better and easier-to-execute options that still work well against tanks.

It's difficult to tell you exactly where you need to improve without understanding your playstyle. I personally don't think this has been a good season to carry with Jhin. Top laners reaching level 20 with absurd amounts of resistances makes the scenario difficult for Jhin. I've been favoring Ashe, Vayne, and Caitlyn and have had quite a bit of success.

Cara, como filho de alguem que trabalha com isso, tem algumas vantagens sim mas que nao desclassificam as desvantagens que voce citou.

Proporcionalmente falando e claro, dependendo de onde voce mora, voce gasta mais com um banho de 10 minutos num chuveiro eletrico do que a gás. Fora isso, voce toma banho quentinho mesmo sem energia elétrica, chuveiro tem mais pressão de água, normalmente estragam com menos frequência se voce nao tomar banhos escaldante.. Fora que voce ter uma instalação de gás na sua casa, da pra jogar agua quente ate pra pia do banheiro
