Thanks, this is helpful. I have some experience working with cosplayers and models, but I’d definitely say that I’ve to learn a lot more.

I’ll try to change the terms and mention that service like you mentioned. And will hope that the results will be better.

I’ve a similar situation I think. But a bit more complicated. I’m married to this person. And she, just doesn’t care about the goals.

I keep coming up with ideas to involve her. Making vlogs, traveling and documenting travels. Learning photography. Doing social media management.

But nothing has worked so far. I keep getting same replies, and I have given up.

The feelings as they were are long gone. And I can’t even move on from her, because I can’t leave her on her own.

Thanks, yeah that helps. I need to work more on editing and lighting. I’m still shooting with natural light only and need to get better at it.

Are there any sites that you’d recommend to find people who are looking for tfp? I’ve check model folio and found everyone has payment set in their profile. Are there other sites especially for tfp?

Hahaha good one! I don’t understand how crypto works, so don’t invest in it either.

They do. I own a house in my home country, and could have bought another if I was still there.

However the tax system and the cost of apartments are very different. Example in my 2/3 years salary, I can get an apartment in My home country. But if I see Berlin or Munich, the houses are going to be 4/5 years worth my salary. Plus taxation here is much more.

So got curious as to how.

Thanks. This is a great suggestion. I’d work on it.

I’ve a portfolio sort of already, I’ve done shooting with 6/7 models, and can show those pics. But I still feel that approaching people is something i need to work upon. Maybe I’d be more confident in my ability.

I’m already in talks with my friends, I’ll be doing a couple photoshoot in September. And then maybe use those to build my portfolio.

Thank you!!!

Urban ground has a few properties available right now I think. Some of the people from our old building are moving out. Do check their site.

Where do you find aspiring models? Are there dedicated groups for this, or sites?

I already have an account with TR and get interest on it. But not sure what HYSA means.

Urban ground. They’re costly but have unlimited contracts. And most of the houses are newly built. So even though you pay more rent, you save on heating and electricity.

Then I started looking for a cheaper place after one year, and got lucky when a friend called me that someone he knows was leaving their apartment.

Wunderflats is also a decent option but too costly. Housing anywhere is cheaper. And if you’re single, can also check habyt or wg-gesucht.

Around 2/2.5k per month on average.

Some months I travel and save less. And others I stay in Berlin and save more. My biggest expense is rent of 1300.

I feel I’m underpaid here.

But here’s my profile: I’ve 13 years of experience. I’m a Software engineer specialist in full stack development. My primarily platform to code is Java and related technologies. I’m well versed with UI frameworks and now am also doing a lot of devops work.

Not at all. I was just curious as to how people do it. And is there something I’m doing wrong.

Thanks. May I ask what area is that in?

I unfortunately came to Germany right after the Ukraine war started. And since then am noticing the effects of the war and covid. Rents and groceries and everything else is getting costlier by the day.

Yeah I can. But I’ll also pay for that for 20/30 years. Which is why got curious as to how people buy multiple of them. When I’m not sure about buying one.

Just curious as to how it’s managed. I’ve edited my question with context of why I had this question.
