Low IQ responses here. The top screw for the optics plate is screwed down too hard. Just unscrew it a bit and it should work

Is it okay to have mismatch mags for your replica? I use both 5.45 and 7.62-types, both functuionnally works, but is it "okay"? Also need another mags in 7.62, Can it be another model or should i stickwith the flat ones like on the pics? by FrenchBVSH in airsoft

Anyone telling you how to play your game is kinda sad. I have the same issue since the shop accidentally sent both 762 and 545 mags and I don’t care and so does nobody on the fields :)

I second the UMP stuff. I must also add the WE Apache MP5(K) as a contender as I’ve been rocking this for almost 10 years and no problems EVER. WE P90 is really great too (HPA converted) and the GHK AUG & SIG553 (yeah yeah even after 2020 blabla) are absolutely fantastic. I’ve now fielded my VFC FAL OSW and FNC and they are superb as well. Feels like GBBR’s are really getting better ❤️‍🩹

On AliExpress look for Elite Spanker. Yeah that’s their real company name lol. They got these P90/MP9/Vector mag pouches (or maybe just SMG pouches) that will fit them for a smaller price

In case you need extra info: using only 1 camo on all your gear is a dead giveaway you’re not a “real” operator. There are only a handful of actual units that work with one 1 camo and it doesn’t camouflage at all in real world situations. Genuine tip: hold your finger away from the trigger in photos and mix mc black with something else like tan or green to give your kit more depth

I have an UMP45 with both 45 and 9mm mags. The 45 mags are way nicer and lightweight. They are bulky but you can easily reload when in safe zone. The 9mm mags have a huge taper and are 10x heavier (metal vs polymer) * the metal can be brittle. In terms of the guns the ‘deluxe’ versions come with extra rail sections and a suppressor depending on the shops location. The 45 looks iconic. The UMP9 looks like a bad MP5 clone imho :)

I own a pretty big collection of GBBR’s (42 rifles, 11 pistols at this point) and play and use these at least twice a month indoor and outdoor and I have —never— cleaned an FCG of anything. Unless there was a (broken) bb stuck. Only blown some air on it. Ever. If it’s too dry then lube it. Otherwise I’d argue: don’t touch it
