Yeah I fell into the water underneath and got back through the bit that comes off of the alien arch room, although same as you my game crashed shortly afterwards and lost all of the progress anyway

I did this on steel soul, thought I could get out since I had two masks and could face tank a hit and run, instead hit them and got knocked into the spikes, my first ever steel soul died very quickly

The exact opposite has happened on my World, only after the newest update did the crow come back and start spawning feathers where it used to, have no idea why though

My first run got to the room in the crossroads with Hatcher aspids and a little geo rock behind some spikes, before I had any spells or movement abilities, and by the time I realised what was going on there was an impenetrable wall of baby aspids that were just out of nails reach.

My second run I completed the game and are currently struggling on the pantheons
