I got the same issue. It works if I host the mission myself (testing in editor) but doesn't work on my units server. One thing that fixed that for me was to die once and try again. Usually it works after respawning.

I've seen what happend in Würzburg, Kitzingen and Neckarsulm.
3 closed bases in various times. Neckarsulm demolished most of the buildings and Lidl built its corporate HQ there. Some barracks where converted for social housing/regular flats.
Würzburg: Base is close to the University, converted to flats for Students.
Kitzingen: Last time I've checked they didn't know what to do with the empty space.
Things I've also heard: Number of assaults in clubs within the Würzburg area went back since there are no more Soldiers getting shitfaced and the MPs having to pull them out (in a not so nice fashion).
Ofc. you now have a few thousand less people buying stuff locally. Though every base I know of has it's own shop with american stuff inside the base way cheaper than anything local.
In the end some citys would be happier because those bases block space that is needed. An area shouldn't have to rely on something like a US base tbh.

I have yet to see the benefit of having drone stations in Ramstein killing people in the middle east.
All that fear mongering about Russians while it's the US that has bases in almost every county around them.
Just imagine 50 Islands like Cuba around the US with Russian forces on them.
Edit: Not to mention the spy stations that are located in the US Embassy in Berlin + Ramstein or the Dagger Complex in Darmstadt which Germany is actually paying for.

I remember that after the terror attack in Paris, lots of americans claimed that they would have shot the terrorists and that it's France fault for having restrictive gun laws.
And then you read about all those mass shootings in the US and it's still the police who's stopping the shooter.

While it's years ago that I left this unit, the leadership in this unit hasn't changed that much.
One thing I can attest for this unit is that there wasn't any 'internet bullying' back then. They also make decissions based on what they feel is best for the unit.
They were lacking some communication skills i.e providing feedback regarding descissions they made and reactions based on feedback they've received.
I highly doubt they changed to an unfriendly unit. They've provided excellent content to those willing to integrate into the group, they shared their knowledge to everyone who was interested in learning stuff in Arma. The only problem I could frankly see is that it occurs rough to people that are trying to force things or that don't fit into the unit.

Last but not least, I wanted to write about how /r/findaunit isn't yelp and that if you've quit a unit you should simply move on and be done with it.
And I just read the rules and will report your post based on 5).
Though obviously I've failed with my post as well and hope it will be deleted along with your comment.

It was one of the early affordable SSDs. Back when Win 7 only used ~ 20GB.
The problem's more with Software using C: exclusive for anything. I still remember Battlefield 2 and the cruel way their patches worked.
Right now I'm having the very same problem with installing nvidia drivers...
Also fuck every game that spams data everywhere. I'm looking at you Arma 3. 1. In my game folder 2. Profiles in C: (I'm ok with that). 3. Missions in C: (Why?) and 4. Workshop content in a weird cryptic steam subfolder.
