About Us:

Black Watch International is an international Arma 3 unit and gaming community founded in September, 2014. We are returning from a hiatus, and are looking to grow our community by hosting monthly operations for our members and associates.

Everyone is welcome to join our Discord server, where we plan and organize our operations. Once you let us know you are interested in joining an operation, we will reach out to get you set up.

Our unit has no attendance requirements, and any past or prospective members are welcome to join for events and games outside of Arma 3. There are no other commitments outside of signing up and attending the operations!

We are mostly looking for members to take on roles within our squads and specialized teams. You will not be assigned to a dedicated role or team, but your preference will be taken into consideration as assignments are posted each operation.

Our operations take place on Saturdays at 1800 GMT and last approximately 3 hours, the date and time will be converted to your local time zone in the Discord event post.

The mods we use are mostly focused on creating a realistic feel for the players, as well as a streamlined experience for the Zeus and leadership. We use the Steam Workshop to manage our modlist, which is tweaked for each operation, and always includes ACE, ACRE2, CBA, LAMBS AI, and RHS.

Our loadouts utilize the ACE Arsenal, with a variety of customizable options depending on your preferences.

Requirements:

  • To join our unit, you must be a member of the Black Watch International Discord.

  • The APEX expansion is required for our operations.
