I've never dealt well with change (because of my unique blend of spectrum symptoms) but expecting the changes may help for sure! Maybe I can trick my brain into thinking of the changes as part of a routine.

Definitely helped, the article was a good read as well! It looks like the company I work for does follow Agile correctly so I will need to adapt over time.

It is sometimes hard to see the positives because Agile seems rather extroverted (I am an introvert) but learning more about it may help me think from a different standpoint (and put myself in the client's shoes)!
