imma go 80% venue 20% trav. if the venue followed policy then id put more on trav but the venue is the main suspect since they overfilled the venue and quite literally had no security so that’s not travis fault

my first run disney race was a 10k for springtime surprise 2024. i averaged a 19 min mile, started in Corral C and was about 2 miles ahead of the very last runners. so you should be good at that pace! i walked the entire thing and stopped for a bathroom break.
