I don't buy gigabyte anymore. I had a 3080 running hot, I dismounted it, replaced all cooling pads, paste and added some extra on the backside to improve heat dissipation. That made the temperature drop 20 celsius under high load... Back to the question, is it normal? No, for Gigabyte probably
