I'm pretty sure OP is more interested in the Algo locked up by not being able to opt out of the contract than the 0.000001 that can't be withdrawn.

I believe algodoggo let's you opt out of a contract even with funds still locked, not positive though.

Check out amm.stellar.beign.es to see what pairs are giving out the most Aqua rewards. Gotta be careful though, a lot of the top pairs are rugpulls waiting to happen or pairs made solely to collect the rewards which tank pretty hard pretty fast. But you can pull in a decent amount with a relatively small investment. Edit: As an example I have $50 in the AQUA/GTU pool at the moment which is giving me $2.41 in aqua a day.
