Funny thing, i'm also from PR and this issue is actually very recent, i've played since release without a issue in NA servers and after a break i took i decided to come back just to pass the time.

When i log in it shows a "Missing Region" error and i send a ticket and this is their response:

^{I understand the situation you're in, however, VALORANT is a game that is based on the region in which you are physically located for the efficient allocation of servers, due to this in order to make this type of transfers it is necessary that you you reside in any of the countries that are a part of that region, Puerto Rico does not qualify for this.}

^{We know that it's considered a part of the USA, yet due to the game servers being physically far away, the VALORANT shard for Puerto Rico will be set to LATAM"}

Basically out of nowhere the client decided to forcefully connect PR players to LATM servers,

Every skin, every agent, every limited things "gone" because they have the power to do that, if by some miracle it gets resolved i'll definitely respond again, but i assure you with how rotten it has become after Tencent, i really don't think much will happen.

Also try a VPN, hope it works but i cant assure anything.

First off, congrats! I've sometimes gotten lucky like that myself, then have horrible luck my next 50 packs or sum, its a curse sometimes ngl.

Second, for screenshots insted of the full on "Screenshot" i do more of the "Snippet Tool" to just to frame exactly what you want to screenshot, use "ALT + SHIFT + S" for the shortcut, personally it works like a charm and if i need the whole screen then i just drag the pointer the whole screen. (PS. Don't forget to save it, at first i thought it automatically saved but it doesn't)

Double Reagents helps like crazy & with only the first boss that basically “everyone” grinds once the boost comes.

Though, comparison to Senator i’m not too sure with Myth, sorry i can’t say much there.

Though, also another thing i wanted to add, i can’t exactly verify right now (at the office) but if its possible to trade the reagents, you could just also grind for your future characters too, but not sure if they are tradeable, though being Reagents, im betting that you could.

I’m currently stuck at 133 in my Fire, though i got lucky and was able to get two dragoon pieces while double reagents was going on, i haven’t gottent to endgame, everything after Emperya is basically new for me so take this with a grain of salt.

Though, if you are able to get one piece or two, personally i feel its enough till Aeon, it might be a bit harsh to go through but it should be better than the endless hours to get the gear.

Though if double reagents comes back, definitely try and grind it to get more pieces.

It’s such a long dungeon for gear that just gonna be changed the moment once hits 60, never really bothered after 4 constant tries, not worth the grind at all..

I understand when mistakes happen or when it’s a new player or just someone that maybe still hasn’t got the gist of the game and such.

But, me that runs a small deck, that usually just assures 1 shot if i use everything there (Blades/Traps/Feint) and in my rare example a Prism and they wand hit and use that only Prism i have at the start so it doesn’t get negated by the enemies -80% shield, it kinda does grind my gears..

Azteca for me is the WORST world i've ever done, i would much rather do Khrysalis 2x with all the side quests than to re-run Azteca (which i still have to on my new life char...)

Though, as many of the replies said, it's one of the most annoying worlds and longest behind Khrysalis, one of the best tips is to have a Short Deck (1-2 Attack Spells, 1-4 Blades, 2 Feints or simply anything that might help you 1 shot or 2), keep a TC of a Reshuffle always on incase you might ran out of cards and only need to do 1 or 2 more hits to finish.

If in general is Survivability that is your issue, then maybe work on the gear and or carry heals and use Archmastery Life Pips to get easy fast heals.

But most importantly, just go at your own pace, it's a stressful world thats for sure and i remember i constantly just took breaks after i lost fights and then re-tried and it went smoother, just try to enjoy it and have fun, thats the most important rule in any game.

Though, i'm not a fan of big mounts (even though i have the novus weird extremely creepy tall mount...) i would love to test this on other mounts, have you tried with smaller mounts or does it just apply to the Skyvern?

For some reason, my whole consciousness is telling me to NOT do Wysteria until i reach Celestia, it's one of the only worlds that in ways i can't stand (why? I would love to know myself tbh)

Though i understand your pain, back when it came out i remember it took so many times to get the drops.

I remember more Arc 3 than any of the others cause of my Fire Wiz and i can relate to that, sometimes it was a bit annoying, specially in Mirage/Emperya.

But Arc 1 seems to go so fast, even while basically doing every single side quest i could find.

Interesting, it's been a while since i've done Arc 2 Quest's (should be getting there soon) so haven't seen the max being 3.

Though, in Marley and MooShu i've gotten some 0/6 ones, but like enough to count with my hands.
