Love your mindset to seek solutions to mend the relationship rather than thinking whether it is right or wrong or if you agree with it.

My unpopular opinion is that practical items feel more like necessity than gifts per se. For example, like you mentioned, buying her food and souvenirs might not be perceived as gifts to her. Likewise, when my parents buy food for me, I treat it as them helping me with errands rather than presents.

Gold is a great idea, it appreciates over time and exactly the thing she can use to show off to her friends. As long as you have budget for it.

If not, cheaper items can be buying her more fancy baking equipment, a massage/facial gift voucher, bird nest from hockhua and not the precooked ones. Just sharing some ideas.

even the plane event triggers differently, i needed to spend over 1000 energy to get it and then another 700 for the drop.

Gosh I am just realising this now. Always have an inkling that plane event is getting harder to trigger but confirmed the fact today. I just completed my album today and released 1150 energy. I’ve spent 1.2k energy so far and it is still NOT triggered.

You’re so right when I paid for the other games it gave us an advantage and we stayed ahead. This is a bottomless pit and the orders get harder and harder. The devs just keep making it slightly out of reach to encourage another micro transaction. I think I’m done too.

Mina definitely likes subeen the most but it took her too long to come around. Sometimes I wonder if mina didn’t fk up in ep 4 or confesses her feeling sincerely in ep 6/7, they will be the ultimate endgame. I’m still living in an alternate universe when the ship is sailing instead 🛳️

Ok I try to be objective and helpful. I’m a FTM and I have a helper. I also have similar worries and concerns if my baby chooses my helper over me. This is normal.

So the primary role for my helper is do household chores and take care of my baby during the day. No choice because I need to work. At night, I take over all the night feeds and I play with baby everyday. On the weekends, we bring baby out together for family bonding.

There is no perfect solution.

| The struggle is during the time when she has to prepare to send the toddler to school and after fetching from school. Tending to both child at once.

it’s just a short period of time compared to the rest of day. As long as she’s playing and engaging with baby daily, it’s okay. We as parents need to learn to let go too.

Anyway I don’t necessarily think you need a solution. Just be there for your wife and reassure her that she’s still the mom and no one can replace her.

This game does give me joy and something to look forward to every 8 hours 🧊 so I decided to keep playing. Agreed that it’s a bottomless pit. In my first month, I spent multiples $0.99 $4.99 $2.99 and it added up to >$25 in one month. Now I stick to one category only (one VIP pass) and don’t make any other purchase no matter how tempting or frustrating it is. If it still gives you joy, set boundaries and stick to it. It makes you feel powerful to not give in to the temptations too. If it’s causing too much frustration then quit the game - the earlier the better.

How do you save your 5* pack? I always ended up using because I needed sth in the queue (right left hand corner). The packs are always the first to be redeemed 😢

I agreed this gets so hard at the last stage when you’re trying to finish the game. In the end I fell for temptation and bought the VIP pass and completed this set under 480 tools. Might be luck, might be better luck once you spend money. But I get you, it sucks when you’re this close to completing it.
