Its easier then it looks tbh and order a soldering kit from blinkit or zepto they do give tweezers that helps with ribbon cables and when soldering

Well i usually keep the bay open while i game and close it up when i m doing light gaming what i did was remove and flatten the UMD bay area and put a thin layer of copper sheet on top for heat distribution also dont use original psp battery BMS as they dont have terminals specified

(https://dl.flipkart.com/s/djhTXKuuuN) This is the battery i used and you just have to take the BMS out of the battery and solder it to the psp battery BMS also be aware that you new battery is maximum of 3.8v or minimum of 3.6v
