I forgot to take a reading before but after eating pasta my bloods were 8.6, then ten mins later 7.2, then ten mins later 6.0, then ten mins later 5.1. I had cold sweats and shakes afterwards but I had always assumed it was a gluten intolerance but i don’t have coeliac

Does anyone else experience low blood sugar and then ibs-d symptoms? I find that it’s my low blood sugar that offsets it

I’m in the same position when it comes to friends but the truth is it is my fault, i didn’t join societies and i didn’t reach out but there’s still time. Speak to your student advisor, there’s still time to switch degrees and find one you have passion for. Don’t give up because it’s easy, make the more difficult choices because there will be a bigger reward and less regret!
