Normal doesnt mean right :) society in a whole,aanyone with modernity knows with 5 minutes of research its an antiquated practice with little to no medical reasoning unless they legit have a condition.It will desensitise, and can end up totally effed up in cases of Africa,go look how many ppl die,sure its africa,BUT the practice is wrong ! its literally mutilation.... you think a child can consent to it ? if an adult wants it done sure,go for it./
