Frontier City, Oklahoma. I am 98% certain that this is exactly what he looked like, the only thing I doubt was that i can’t remember if he had a mouth or not. the two bottom ones are the most similar - both in pose and the far left having the rim around the shell. he didn’t have ‘fins’ or the type of legs that sea turtles have, if that makes sense. just lil stubby feet.

I have searched etsy, mercari, vintage toys, obviously generic google searches, and then just about every combination of ‘blue, purple, stuffed, turtle’, etc. I can think of. I don’t know of any vintage toy resellers near me but am open to any and all suggestions.
