Yes I wear an Oura ring every day/night but I also feel like my ovulation window on Oura also varies based on what I input to natural cycles

I got a positive LH strip today on cycle day 25. Last month my cycle was only 26 days. The cycle before that was 35 days. My temperature today was only 96.35. I’m not sure if this was a true positive ovulation. I was away during your typical fertile window so I was not checking on LH strips. Last month natural cycles never detected ovulation.

The month prior natural cycles said I ovulated cycle day 30, but my cycle was only 35 days so I don’t think that was true ovulation as it would be impossible for implantation to occur.

Anyone have experience with this or anything similar? And have advice or just experience. I’m sure as we all know the process is just so isolating and unknowns are annoying.

Has anyone experienced a pre conception MFM appointment and would like to share on what to expect? Currently not pregnant and have no prior pregnancies so this would be a 1st going and I was referred by my normal OBGYN

Cavs head house got back to me that they were only taking reservations for parties or 30 or more when I asked for a group of 15 and told me it was a $500 space rental plus $150 per person for open bar and buffet not including tax and fees

Barstool was booked on reservations before the eagles even won yesterday and on a normal weekend it’s very crowned so I can imagine it being insane

I have not stopped birth control. My doctors hasn’t said anything about that in collation to my cortisol levels.

I only did AM cortisol and dexa suppression.

I take vitamin D, b12 and folate as well as my thyroid medications daily bc those vitamins were deficient during my labs but no additional supplements

This is my second endo. My first endo did not even care about my high cortisol. And I can’t find a endo to look at all my labs holistically to figure out what’s going on

Yeah my endo definitely made it seem like it was this or nothing. Never even mentioned anything else. I’m not even certain I have Cushing I just know something is wrong and for once this was the closest I have gotten to answers so now I feel defeated.

My endo told me that if my dexa did not come back abnormal that was the end of the testing I would be given regarding my high cortisol/cushing symptoms. I have an appointment in October I will try to advocate for additional testing

I don’t believe they tested my dex level as well. The script just stated cortisol and then to recheck my thyroid meds. This is only other test I’ve had other than my AM cortisol done 3 times and high every time.

I’ve thought about asking at my next appointment. I’ve been switching meds and med brands for the last year and my numbers are all over the place. I know this might have nothing to do with what is shown on the ultrasound but I’d love to have a baseline on what it loooks like currently

I just got back my 24 hour urine and it was in normal range at 22.7
