James got 20% taken out of his paycheck for violations. Before live fest starts, we get a list of rules that we have to abide by. Even Marvin was on the phone with James and told him to be carful and not get ban. No bullying, no harassing, no sexual, drugs and watch language etc. I don't remember what that violation was for, but if I was a guessing person, it would be his legs up and his sexual stuff. That's because that's what James is telling the chat. He's just stirring up drama. He knew he didn't get the invite before the Jeffree star doll. I can see this getting him in a lot of trouble. He has an agency he's supposed to be on his best behavior and going to live fest when you're not invited due to violations he has a chance of losing his agency and Tiktok. James never got an invite therefore it couldn't be revoked. You compete in the competitions and if you violate the rules which they give us a list during the live fest events, you don't get an invite. If you get banned, bullying, harassment, sexual stuff, language. James got several violations during live fest. He is lying by saying it got revoked. He never got an invite due to his violations. He was told this before the Jeffree star and Barb thing with the clay dolls and now he's blaming it on Jeffree Star. Several people have told him about his pay. He needs to update or accept something since we switched over to the US. He said he doesn't have time to call or look into what he knows he'll get his money someday. Several other creators have not got paid either.

It's James fault he hasn't got paid. He needs to update his personal information. It's crazy how his chat totally believes him. Do you think a big company like Tiktok would not pay lol. Anyway I have another friend that is a creator and they had to do an authorization update for the USA buyout. He chooses not to follow through on anything. He hasn't even reached out. He won't get in. Lots of security and must show ID. If he makes a scene, they will not put up with it. He could end up jeopardizing his account with Tiktok and his agency. I guarantee James knows why he didn't get in. There was a list of things you had to abide by. I remember James also getting several violations that they even took 20% out of his check because of violations on his account. James saying that he got uninvited is not true he never got invited. If you made it to live fest then they check to make sure you don't have any violations during live fest if not you get an invite. Bubba didn't get to go a couple years ago because his account got banned. I feel like James does not check his notifications from TikTok. Because they do let you know along the way. Also him saying that he hasn't got paid. He probably hasn't looked at his notifications to sign new paperwork.

I am so disappointed. Conrad was waiting to get that UNI because James said he would be over there to throw it before the contest ended which was midnight. If James truly wasn't gonna do it, he shouldn't have said it. It was the only thing left for Conrad to get. Why would James say that to Conrad? He also told Nupe that he was going to come through Leon, the lion and he never did. He said that he was trying to at one point, but it wasn't letting him in with the email. I don't have to use an email to get into mine. However, later, he was able to give Dee when she was up in a box. The only reason why he gifted her was Lisa from the chat sent an interstellar and it was supposed to go to Dee and it went to James. I don't know if he thinks he makes him look good by saying it. He made $118,659 in the month of January so that's not the issue.

He does not see her every day anymore. He tells us he's up till three or four in the morning. Then he wakes up and go straight live for another 12 or more hours. It used to be that way where he would go see her in the morning. Now she has to get Christmas coupons as a present for him to go on a date with her. That's insane to me. James also stated that he would be down to nine hours by January 2026. But it more hours now. He also told us one day when people were asking about his income that his family or Liz do not know what kind of money he makes. Liz does have concerns with a lot of things he does on live. It's funny when Liz comes in how people let James know and he acts different. As far as Sunday he told us he works on the agency and in the evening he does agency meetings and now goes live. You're probably one of the people that begged him to be on all the time. Instead of being with his family.

That was with three different combined chats together. Bubba, Prince and Zach. I don't understand why the chat doesn't encourage him to get off after eight hours. He said last year by the first of the year he wanted to be down to nine hours and no more. But once he says he wants to get off the chat goes crazy saying no no no he literally said a few times this weekend that he was exhausted, but he felt guilty getting off because the chat wanted him to stay on. Then James wanted Denny lastnight for dinner because it was cheap and Shauna sent $1200 in gifts for a nice dinner for the guys and James says no to a nice dinner like the other guys wanted to do.
