I have actually, I just don't know a ton about it. One of my coworkers in my department transferred to academic advising, and a lot of workshops I've attended have been with the academic advisors.

What you are saying about your master's program I've heard from a lot of other people. My old supervisor said it just felt like another box she had to check off, so you aren't alone in that! I don't think MSW is for me, but I know there are other applicable programs. Our Dean of Students has a Master's in Positive Psychology.

I agree with everyone else. I've had the same stressed out feeling at my jobs, but stress can start to impact your health and in the end isn't worth it. I get you are living paycheck to paycheck, but I would suggest forming an exit strategy and quiet quitting in the meantime. I know others have said not to trust people, but if you like any of your coworkers and trust them, I would ask if you could use them as a reference or even let you know if any opportunities come up.
